TATINO is a company that leads film and talent development initiatives across the globe. TATINO has been active worldwide with its activities which include organization and expertise in the fields of audiovisual professional training, and film industry events.
With its own flagship initiatives, First Cut Lab, Full Circle Lab, or Pop Up Film Residency, or through its diverse partnerships with different institutions and companies such as Netflix among others, TATINO’s international team organizes programs in many parts of the world. Each year, TATINO provides labs and residencies to more than 300 film talents from about 50 countries, representing 150 film projects varying in features, series, and shorts each year.
TATINO is dedicated to empowering filmmakers at every stage of their careers, nurturing emerging artists into seasoned professionals.

First Cut Lab remains a vital force, helping film teams refine their projects at the editing stage. In 2024, it celebrated over 40 premieres and an exceptional festival track record.

Pop Up Film Residency reached a landmark moment, marking over 100 residencies all over its network of residences globally since its inception. What began as a vision for tailor-made mentorship has grown into a creative incubator where ideas take shape and filmmakers thrive.

Full Circle Lab embraces both new beginnings and meaningful conclusions. A new partnership in Hessen, Germany, marks an exciting step forward in Europe with its existing partnership in Nouvelle Aquitaine , while we proudly close a chapter in Southeast Asia, where Full Circle Lab Philippines has nurtured a vibrant and expanding film community.
